Artist's Statement

Being a visual person, all of my experiences translate into visual expresions in my work.

Color, energy, symbols, sufaces, are my means of exploring and understanding this world.

Recent work is encaustic paint on canvas. Its a slow meditative process using hot beeswax and color pigment. It is color, form, energy moving from the eye of the viewer to the mind and heart. A meditation, a dance, a conversation about love. It's visual.
